      We're looking for the best way to receive users' feedback (such as NPS or CSat) about their experience with Status Page. There are two main target audiences:

      1. active subscribers (we may place a code with a survey script inside the footer on the website itself, for example)
      2. unsubscribed users (possibly, send an email as a follow up asking users about the reason they unsubscribed, or, ask this question on the pop-up message before they click "confirm")

      In order to receive feedback from unsubscribed users (the goal is to find out why do they leave and stop using Status Page), we'd need a way to include a survey option in the email that unsubscribed users receive when their subscription is removed (unsubscribe confirmation email notification). Is there a chance to implement something like that? Or maybe there is a better option available? Please advise.
