Issue Summary 

Currently when grouped by "Projects" and rolled up we will not see any data in the plan. The view is empty, unless we maximize on each project we see the values of start and end date. 
 

Expectation 

If some details on the start date & end date of the project such as the dates being calculated based on the issues within the scope of the project would give some insights to the clients viewing this (the projects end time would be by "<date>").

This would be helpful for mini projects that will end soon for the top level management to have an idea about the project's overall progression.
