      Issue Summary

When converting an issue like an Epic to an Intiative, when it is already Parent Linked to an Intiative, the system does not automatically let go of the existing Parent link. It should do so since you cannot Parent link two issues at the top of the hierarchical levels, such as Initiative to Initiative.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link and Initiative to an Epic
      2. Convert the Epic into an Initiative
      3. Observe the issues are still linked

      Expected Results

Newly converted initiative would not still be Parent linked to another Initative.

      Actual Results

The Initiatives are still Parent Linked together, showing a yellow exclamation warning. The warning is good, but this shouldn't be happening at all.

      Workaround

Convert the issue back to its previous issue type, remove the link, and convert the issue back to an initiative.
