Include option to bypass the Release filter in a Plan

    Description

      Problem

      When creating Plans, we have to select the releases to be included.

      The problem is that when we choose Select all, it doesn't include releases created afterward.

      Suggested Solution

      Include an option to skip the release filter, and include all issues in the boards selected previously.

      Workaround

      Add a default release, to be added to all issues, and include this release in the plan.
