Description

Currently, a malformatted Announcement banner can break Advanced Roadmap/Portfolio's view:

Portfolio Plans not showing issues when an Announcement Banner is present in Jira

This is request is to ask for a version where a malformatted tag does not impact the views, as it does not impact any other Jira page for example. JPO should have the ability to "ignore" malformatted announcement banners.

Logging error message

In addition, there is no logging/error message when a malformatted banner breaks up a view, making the investigation harder and counter-intuitive. We should have an error message in the logs or web inspector to help trace the issue back to banners.
