Issue Summary

Jira portfolio plan view is not able to load and hangs for users. It happens to all different browsers.

Steps to Reproduce

Make 2 issues being mutual parents in the plan. For example, Issue A is issue B is parent issue. Issue B is issue A's parent issue.

Expected behavior

Portfolio plan view should be able to handle circular link issues properly and successfully load the plan view.

Actual behavior

Portfolio goes into an infinite loop and plan view is stuck.

Workaround

Breaking circular dependency by removing parent for one of the issues resolve the issue.
