Issue Summary

While the project filter is applied, group by project view settings shows an empty list of issues. This works fine for other fields such as assignee, team etc. 

Environment

Portfolio 3.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select one or two projects in the project filter. (You will see list of issues filtered by those projects).
2. Now in the view settings, select group by projects.

Expected Results

Issues should be grouped by projects.

Actual Results

Shows an empty list of issues.

Workaround
