Warning if a Child issue belongs to an excluded project in the Plan

Definition

Child issues are missing in the Plan but checking all the basic factors returned negative until the child issues of that missing child issue were checked. In the issue sources page, the missing child issue is unticked.

and further checking reveals that it has a child issue from a project that is not included in the issue sources.

Suggestion

Have a warning when adding these issues in the Plan that it has child issues/subtasks excluded in the issue sources.
