Adding a Custom Field of type radio button causes error in portfolio

Summary

Adding a radio Button Custom Field to portfolio trigger an error of TypeError: Cannot read property 'hasOriginal' of undefined

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create plan
2. create custom field as a type "Radio Buttons" and add it to your Field scheme used by the plan
3. Add the radio button field to the plan as covered in: Configuring custom fields
4. Navigate to the plan

Expected Results

No errors

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the UI:

Show details displays:

Cannot read property 'hasOriginal' of undefined

TypeError: Cannot read property 'hasOriginal' of undefined

Also all issues fail to render in the plan

Notes

There is no error displayed in the logs when this occurs

Workaround

Remove any Custom fields of type Radio Buttons from the Plans Custom Fields List
