Problem Definition

Changes to view filters and view settings in Jira Portfolio's backlog do not save and need to be reconfigured each time you re-visit the backlog after logging out (or opening in another browser, browser cache flushed, etc). 

Suggested solution

Add the ability to save view filters and settings on a per user basis so that program managers, teams and stakeholders can configure their view as desired, and quickly load the same view each time they visit the Portfolio backlog.

None. Filters and settings must be reconfigured each time.
