It's desired to have the ability to see which teams are assigned to various issue types in the scope section of a Program's view. Ideally, this would be an allowed column in the Scope section. It's understood that you can filter based on teams, but you should be able to get a gestalt view of the team membership as well, even when you are/aren't filtering for them.
