    Description

      Problem Definition

When adding user accounts to a team in Portfolio, JIRA should not list all of the user accounts that exist in the cwd_user table of the database. But currently it does.

      Suggested Solution

Portfolio should provide a means to filter out user accounts in JIRA that only have the JIRA Service Desk customer role.

      Why this is important

Since JIRA Service Desk will allow an unlimited number of customer accounts, it can make the team management more difficult to even see potentially thousands of users when trying to add members to a team. It would help to be able to just remove all those accounts that would never be wanted for this purpose.

Also since service desk customers do not have access to the main JIRA site, and are very unlikely to ever be listed as the assignee of an issue, it doesn't really make sense as to why you would want to place a JSD customer on a team for portfolio management purposes.
