      Problem Definition

      Live plans will be listed on "View All Plans" page and can be viewed by all users that have Portfolio USER or VIEWER permission.

      Suggested Solution

      Have a way to set Plan-level permission during Plan creation wizard with options to have Plan permission required

      Why this is important

      A user can use any names as Live plan names and this can breach data privacy and legal issue in a multi-tenant instance. Hiding it early during creation is important for this setup.
