      Assume there is a pool of developers that can be switching from team to team several times during the year. Each team can look for a developer in the pool, based on a skill set, and request her for a specific period. This improvement would also require the following filtering to make it really powerful:

      • See on which releases is one person involved in a specific period.
      • Filter the capacity view per team member
      • Filter the backlog view per team member
