    Description

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Portfolio Server. Using JIRA Portfolio Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Description:
Actually, in Portfolio the order of epics in the hierarchical view depends on its child story ranks and do not necessarily reflects the ranks of the epics to each other.

      Suggested Solution:
A flat list for epics and stories sorted by their rank, which would make it possible to see the actual rank of an epic and also to re-rank an epic on its own.
