As a Jira Administrator and Scrum Master for my organization,
I want an out-of-the-box dependency mapping tool for visualizing and managing portfolios and complicated projects, so that my colleagues and I can better track dependencies and system integrations, and so that my colleagues will shut up about Rally being a more powerful product.

(linking stories is fine for smaller projects, but it doesn't scale for a SAFe framework)
