      The following buttons do not have sufficient name or title information available to blind users.

      1. In Plan->Backlog, Release, Team, the Export button in the top menu does not have a name.

      2. In Plan->Backlog, Release, Team, the Search button in the top menu does not have a name.

      3. In Plan->Reports->Themes, the pie chart image does not have any alternative text.
