In the tables for a Plans Backlog, Release, and Teams, the table headers are not programmatically identified.

When creating a new epic or story, team, or release in Portfolio, the form field does not tell a blind user what field they are on for title, stages and skills, or any column in any of these tables.

It also does not tell you which column you are on in an existing epic, team or release.
