My teams are conducting a trial of Portfolio, but we are encountering the following roadblock:
We would like to do some retroactive reporting, e.g. 2015 or YTD 2016 based on story points completed. After importing issues from JIRA and mapping our closed issues to the appropriate themes, we do get percentages in the Expected column, but the Actual column is empty.
When viewing the backlog, all of the closed issues are "not yet scheduled."
It appears that a "full workload is assigned" when attempting to assign to any developer.
I suspect that the inability to schedule these issues is our problem. Does Portfolio only begin reporting Actual completed work once it sees the issues transition to closed? If we want to capture the work we have already completed in 2016 toward Actual percentages, how do we do that?
