    Description

      Problem:
      When a user creates and links backlog items from Portfolio to JIRA, the Create Issue dialog of JIRA pops up when there are required fields. However, not all required fields display initially. Instead, clicking Create produces a required field error and adds the field to the dialog.

      Expected behaviour:
      The dialog should present ALL required fields instead of forcing an error before presenting all fields.
