• Import an issue to JPO
• Complete an issue in Jira
• Resync from date

Issue is now properly marked as completed.

Works as expected:

• Go to "Backlog". Issue is not visible
• Select filter "Open and Completed". Issue is now visible

Does not work as expected:

• Go to "Reports"
• Issue is not visible with any filter position.

Expected behavior:

• Completed issues are visible everywhere when filter is in "Open and Completed" position
