    Description

      Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Target start / Target end / Due date shows a year in 1900 when any date is set after 31st Dec 2029. This also impacts to display of the Due date line/bar in the roadmap plan.

      Testes Jira versions:- 8.20.11, 9.8.1 & 9.11

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start Jira and add the Due date, Target Start, and Target End fields to the create/edit issue screen
      2. Create/Edit the issue and set Target Start and Target End date to any date after 31st Dec 2029.
      3. Once the date is set click again on the calendar and check the year, it will display a year in 1900 with the same date and month set by you.

      Expected Results

The Target start / Target end / Due date should display the correct date year in 2000.

      Actual Results

The Target start / Target end / Due date displays the incorrect date year in 1900.

      Workaround

Manually typing the date in D/MMM/YYYY format displays the correct date and year even if the date is after 31st Dec 2029.
