Epic estimate summation should be consistent between estimate column and progress column

      At the moment, if we have an estimated epic that has estimated child stories...

      • The estimate column displays the sum of children's estimates.
      • The progress column displays the sum of the children's estimates, plus the estimate that is directly on the epic.

      This can be somewhat confusing, so it might be better if the progress column displayed the same value as the estimate column.
