Description
Hello OpsGenie Team!
I need a way to send OpsGenie notes into SalesForce case notes so that our OG & SF team members can have a bi-directional record of comms for the alert and case.
I was able to find this community forum post that says the integration is limited to only what's displayed and would like to have an action to update case note in salesforce.
Please let me know if you have any questions or critiques for my suggestion.
