To be able to link to or share a working plan with my specific filters/configurations

      As a product manager I would like to link to my working plan with persisted views so the recipient can collaborate on the same view

      When a team member needs to update a specific set of data in my plan I want to be able to filter down to that specific set of data and then send the persisted state of my plan to them.
