• Create a Jira Ops project.
• Enable PagerDuty integration.
• Go to PagerDuty to complete the configuration.
• Once the mapping is done, click "Create Test Issue" in PagerDuty.
• BUG: an error message is shown saying "JIRA test failed: Request was formatted incorrectly"

Workaround

You can still save the configuration. If the mapping was setup correctly, creating actual Jira Ops issues will work as expected. Create a test PagerDuty incident and a test Jira Ops incident from that.
