Allow severity levels to be customised

      Customers use different naming conventions for incident severity. It would be good to allow customisation of the severity levels to match customers' existing naming conventions.

      For example, many other tools use a priority scale like P0-P4.

      Given the interest level here, it is on our short term roadmap to add severity level customization to Jira Ops. No ETA yet - we'll share more once we scope this out in the next week or two.
