We should improve the Slack integration to support private channels:

• allow users to choose whether they want a public or private channel when creating it (as permitted in Slack - only some users can create private channels)
• have a default setting for the project - either public or private by default
• show the channel name of private linked channels with a 🔒 indicator or similar (currently we hide them).
