Frame with rule disappears from UI while editing the “Send Microsoft Teams message” action

      Issue Summary

      While trying to edit Automation for Jira rule's “Send Microsoft Teams message” action( especially, when putting a focus on the webhook URL drop-down list), the UI/frame of rule content disappears from Jira UI page. The rule view restores after refreshing the page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open an Automation for Jira rule and try to edit the “Send Microsoft Teams message” action.
      2. Under some circumstances, while trying to select secrets from the webhook URL drop-down list the UI will disappear (a page refresh will be required to restore the view).

      Expected Results

      Edit action or checking available secrets from the webhook URL drop-down list shouldn't cause UI to disappear

      Actual Results

      Automation for Jira UI sometimes disappears under the described conditions

      The below exception is thrown at the browser console log when an issue occurs:

      TypeError: t.value.webhookUrl is undefined
