      Some customers want to use Approval date in JSM project like Smart Values.

      Suggestion

      Provide Smart Values or create Approval date field as system field in JSM project.

      Actual Results

      Currently, there is no way to get Approval date directly.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
