The new functionality of Smart values (Sum, average, max, min, aggregate) available natively in Jira Cloud (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/New-automation-smart-values-in-Jira-Cloud/ba-p/1402775) would be so useful in Jira on-prem.

Closing this FR as it is invalid.

Math functions such as Mix/Max/Sum are available in Automation For Jira Data Center, as shown in the examples listed in the section Examples of using the lookupIssues value of the documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/automation/jira-smart-values-issues-993924860.html

I would like to add that we would love to have this too for our Jira Server.

issue.subtasks.Story Points.sum is exactly what is missing, as we are assigning SP to subtasks of - and not directly to - a user story.

The result is empty values in the Story Point fields of the backlog, which isn't very helpful for sprint planning.
