Being able to restrict changing/selecting the Actor/Owner of a rule

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      It would be useful to have the possibility to restrict which users are available for selection as the actor/owner of a rule.

      A way to do that would be to restrict it by Project Roles or JIRA Groups.
