Include "Send Slack Message Action" in Automation Lite

      At the moment, "Send Slack Message Action" is only available for the Pro version of Automation.

      With Atlassian providing a free Jira Server for Slack (Official), it would be great if we can have some Slack actions in Automation as well for free.
