Multi-project rules showing up in Project Rules label

Issue Summary

Rules that span across multiple projects now also showing up in Project rules from version 7.1.3 and onwards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Automation for Jira 7.1.3+
2. Create rules for multiple projects (non-global)
3. Check Project Automation -> Project Rules

Expected Results

Should only show rules specific for the project and not multiple project rules (this should go into Global Rules label).

Actual Results

Project Rules show multi-project rules as well as Global Rules showing the same.

Workaround

Downgrade to version 7.1.2 which will restrict Multi-project rules to the Global Rules label only.
