Ability to send direct message to MS Teams user on automation

      This is a feature request to reflect suggestion at codebarrel feature request - https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-1694.

      Currently, we allow notifications to be sent to a MS Teams channel. Would be nice to support ability to send direct message to MS Teams user as well.
