      Issue Summary

      Audit logs in automation for jira display the user's system time instead of the user profile timezone

      This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. For Jira versions before 9.0, Automation for Jira is installed as a plugin
      2. From Jira version 9.0, Automation for Jira(A4J) is integrated in Jira
      3. Create/open existing A4J rule and click on Audit logs

      Expected Results

      Audit log timing is expected to show the time as per user profile settings. 

      Actual Results

      Audit log timing is displayed in the user's system time

      Workaround

      As a workaround, To make dates consistent users should just set the correct Timezone in their profile settings
