IMPORTANT: JAC is a Public system and anyone on the internet will be able to view the data in the created JAC tickets. Please don’t include Customer or Sensitive data in the JAC ticket.
Currently, there is no option to change the date format or remove am/pm from the audit logs. Provide an option to change the date format or an option to sync the time between the server and audit logs.
