Currently, a project admin can create any automation rules for their project. As an admin, it would be greatly beneficial to be able to set custom, specific permissions so that admins are only allowed to create the types of rules specified by system administrators. That way, if there are any rules or rule types that are hurting system performance, those rule types or rules can be locked down from specific projects and/or project administrators.
