Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

The URL is set to "https://d283vu6e5qi87p.cloudfront.net/automation/prod/automation-logo.svg" and there is no way to customize it or change it from the properties. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new rule.
2. Add the "Send Microsoft Teams message" action.
3. Click on "More options". You'll see *https://d283vu6e5qi87p.cloudfront.net/automation/prod/automation-logo.svg* defined as the default URL. 

Expected Results

Should be able to change the default URL from the properties.

Actual Results

There is no easy way to change the default URL. It seems to be hardcoded.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
