      Summary

      Project automation labels are shared and editable across all projects by any project admin.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add or edit a label in Automation for Jira
      2. Select another project in Automation for Jira, and check the labels that were created, the same list is all editable;

      Current Behaviour

      Labels are shared across all projects in Automation for Jira, even if they are not added to a global automation rule, and can be edited by all automation administrators.

      Suggested Behavior

      Labels should be only available in and editable in the project in which they were created unless they was created under Global Automation.
