[Documentation] No difference about rule actor behaviour if you are Project Admin or Project Admin

      Problem Definition

      There is no difference between Project admins and Jira admins in regards to the rule actor that you can choose while defining a new automation rule, as stated in the documentation.

      Suggested Solution

      Update the documentation and remove "Project admins vs Jira admins" section as what is stated there is not true.
