Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Administration > Manage apps > Find new apps
2. Search Automation for Jira and install it and enable Automation to sample project 
3. Go to Administration > System > Settings, click Edit Settings button and set Default language as Chinese (China)
4. Go to user Profile > Preference, click edit pen and set Language as Chinese (China)
5. Go to sample project 1 > Project Settings > Project Automation

Expected Results

All characters are displayed in Simplified Chinese

Actual Results

In the screen most characters are displayed in Simplified Chinese but characters in the Automation section are all displayed in Traditional Chinese

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
