Description
We currently have automation set up which creates a change request on a separate service desk and clones some of the fields for supporting evidence for the change.
We noticed that it isn't possible to copy attachments from the original ticket over to the change request. The CAB then has to go to the original ticket to review any attachments which might have been included.
Please could you make it possible to copy over attachments, as well any comments, from the original ticket.
