Manual trigger - set properties

Hello, 
if there were options to set on manual trigger, it would come very handy. 
For example, to set issuetypes for which is manual trigger shown. Now we are adding condition in rule but it is not ideal for us, so if there were options like that or setting JQL for which is trigger showing.
