When using a version picker custom field with the Issue fields condition, I could like the following additional options in the Condition drop-down:

• releasedVersions
• unreleasedVersions

Often, I do not need to list specific fixVersions, but I do want to specify ALL Released fixVersions or ALL Unreleased fixVersions.

The workaround is to use a JQL condition which causes complaining comments in the audit logs since A4J wants us to use Issue field conditions as much as possible.
