Automation Rule to get value of Calculated field without Editing it

      Issue Summary

       

      We'd like to have an Automation Rule function that executes and collects values of a calculated field, such as Age of a ticket without updating it. Currently, it's necessary to Edit the ticket to have the calculation being run, and that updates the age of the ticket, which is undesired.
