Add organisations field as option in the "to" field for send email action

Issue Summary

Currently, it is not possible to add the organization as recipient in the send email action. This request was copied from https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-921 to add this feature.

Workaround

A workaround was suggested in this community post to create a group to be kept synced with the organization and use it in the send email action.
