Problem Definition

At the moment, when editing the rule and selecting the project (scope), the user can search based on the project name so the field will suggest a smaller scope of the project to choose from.

In some usecases, project keys are more remembered than full project names. With the limitation that project is not searchable using the project key, the admin has to use Jira's native project search to find the full project name.

Suggested Solution

It would be great to have the option to search projects based on their project key. Project key is often being remembered by the users than the full project name.
