Ability to filter a list in smart-values

      Problem Definition

      Currently it's not possible to limit or filter the results of a smart value on Automation for Jira - Datacenter version.
      As an example, listing linked issues in an automation email can be done using Smart Values {{issue.issuelinks.inwardIssue.key}} or {{issue.issuelinks.outwardIssue.key}}.

      However, there is no current way to retrieve only the tickets linked with "is blocked by".
