Allow administrators to query the 'Daily processing time' of a specific rule

      Problem Definition

      The 'Daily processing time' is set to 120 minutes and when the limit is reached, the rule will be throttled without any warning.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if administrators can query the current cumulative 'Daily processing time' of a specific rule before it breaches so they can manage to rule accordingly.
